How did a corporate strategist end up doing marketing for Realtors?
I wasn't always a real estate marketing maven. My journey started in the structured world of corporate, where I learned the power of systems, strategy, and data-driven decisions.
But something was missing. I craved the energy, the hustle, and the heart of entrepreneurship. I saw brilliant real estate agents struggling to translate their passion into a powerful online presence. They were scattered, overwhelmed, and tired of marketing that promised the world and delivered nothing.
I knew I could do better. So I left the corner office behind and built this from the ground up. It was called Real Estate Concierge Services then. The work outgrew the name, so in September 2026 it became Oak & Algorithm.
The oak is the part that does not move. Local, rooted, built to last. The algorithm is the part that changes every quarter and decides whether anyone ever finds you. Most marketing people are good at one and pretend the other does not exist.
