Refund Policy

We keep this simple and fair: you should know exactly what happens to your money before you spend it.
Digital Products
Digital products (guides, playbooks, prompt libraries, and templates) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. All digital product sales are final. If a download link fails or you receive the wrong file, email us and we will make it right immediately.
Audits and One-Time Services
Audits and other one-time services are custom work products. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund your payment in full. If you believe an audit missed its stated scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct or complete it.
Projects and Implementation Services
Project deposits reserve your build slot and cover initial strategy work, and are non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel a project mid-way, you pay for work completed to date per your confirmed scope; any prepaid balance beyond that is refunded. Payment-plan installments follow the schedule on your product page or invoice.
Monthly Services
Monthly services (such as fractional marketing support and content management) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current month once that month's work has started. To stop a monthly service, give notice per your confirmed scope and billing simply ends after the current period. No cancellation fees, no hostage situations.
How to Request a Refund
Email emily@conciergeforrealtors.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
The Honest Part
RECSC is a one-woman, high-touch operation. Every engagement gets real strategy time from day one, which is why refunds are tied to whether work has begun rather than arbitrary windows. If something is genuinely wrong with your order or delivery, reach out. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
