Visibility + Authority Foundation · Raleigh · Triangle · Lake Norman
What is the Visibility + Authority Foundation, and is it right for you?
The short answer
The Visibility + Authority Foundation is Oak & Algorithm's six-month implementation for established Realtors, small teams, home builders, loan officers, and mortgage brokers whose Google Business Profile, website, reviews, and content exist but do not yet work as one credible system. It starts with a Visibility Audit, fixes the agreed gaps in priority order, and reports what changed in plain English. It starts at $1,900 a month, delivered as a six-month plan.
Your Google profile says one thing, your website says another, and your reviews and posts are telling a third story. None of it is wrong. It just doesn't add up to one clear business that Google, AI tools, or a buyer can understand. More activity won't fix that. A foundation will.
Start With the Visibility Audit See What Gets BuiltWhy can an active Realtor or loan officer still be hard to find?
Because visibility breaks when your profile, website, content, reviews, and market positioning tell different stories. For loan officers and mortgage brokers, add NMLS details, licensed states, and compliance language that don’t match from one place to the next. For builders, it’s communities, floor plans, and sales centers that Google and AI can’t tie back to one builder. Here is what that usually looks like. (More on loan officer marketing, mortgage marketing, and the builder track.)
01
Google can't categorize you.
Your categories, services, locations, pages, and review language don't reinforce the same expertise.
02
Your website looks present, not authoritative.
A bio and listings, but not enough service, market, proof, or question-led content to support a decision.
03
Your content has nothing to hold it up.
Posts disappear into the feed because they don't connect to owned pages, clear calls to action, or follow-up.
04
AI tools can't confirm who you are.
Answer engines need consistent facts, specific services and locations, useful answers, reviews, and outside evidence. One optimized page isn't enough.
Who should use the Foundation?
It's the right start if:
- You're already closing business, but your online presence doesn't reflect your real expertise.
- You have a website, Google profile, reviews, or content, and the pieces are inconsistent or incomplete.
- You need hands-on implementation, not another strategy document.
- You can provide platform access, business context, and timely approvals.
- You want a foundation that future content, a new site, or ongoing support can build on.
Something else fits better if:
- You only need to know what's wrong. Start with the Visibility Audit.
- Your only issue is one Google profile. Use GBP optimization.
- You need a full custom site now. See the Realtor Authority Website.
- You want someone to own marketing month after month. Compare fractional partner support.
What's the difference between the audit and the Foundation?
The audit finds the gap. The Foundation fixes it.

See the six-month sequenceWhat gets built in the Foundation?
Six connected layers, scoped to the gaps that matter. The audit sets the order and depth, and deliverables, platform dependencies, and any outside costs are confirmed in writing before work begins.
01
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, service areas, description, photos, posts, review strategy, and profile-to-website alignment.
02
Local SEO
Page structure, titles, internal links, service language, location relevance, and indexing issues.
03
Website clarity
Positioning, service explanations, market expertise, proof, calls to action, and the contact path.
04
Authority content
Useful buyer, seller, relocation, and neighborhood answers in your market and your voice.
05
AI search readiness
Clear entity language, direct answers, consistent facts, and credible proof. No platform recommendation is guaranteed.
06
Conversion foundation
Calls to action, forms, response messages, and basic measurement, tracked separately from visibility.
What happens over the six months?
Months 1 and 2
Baseline and priorities
Confirm audience, offers, locations, proof, access, and baseline. Turn the audit into an approved order. Fix the highest-risk clarity and ownership issues first.
Months 3 and 4
Core implementation
Complete the agreed profile, local SEO, website, authority, and conversion work. Publish only after facts, positioning, and approvals line up.
Months 5 and 6
Connect and measure
Strengthen internal links, content support, calls to action, and reporting. Document what shipped, what moved, and what comes next.
Six months is long enough for search visibility and authority to compound, not just get set up. How fast depends on your market, competition, website, proof, and participation. See the full visibility-to-authority roadmap.
Who does what, and who owns the result?
Emily handles
- Priority planning and the implementation order
- Approved profile, page, content, and conversion work
- Coordination across the included platforms
- Plain-English reporting and next priorities
- Flagging missing proof, approvals, or outside dependencies
You provide
- Manager or editor access to the accounts involved
- Accurate business, service, market, brokerage, and NMLS information
- Brand assets, photos, reviews, and approved proof
- Timely decisions and approvals
- A heads-up when licensing, brokerage or lender compliance rules, or offers change
Your accounts and assets stay yours. Domains, profiles, analytics, website access, content, and client data stay in accounts you control. Work happens through the right access level, and any outside dependency is written into the scope.
How is progress measured before anyone claims a win?
Work completed
Pages, profile fields, technical fixes, content, links, calls to action, and tracking that actually shipped.
Visibility indicators
Search Console exposure, Google Business Profile actions, indexing, and local visibility, with dates preserved.
Business responses
Calls, forms, audit purchases, qualified inquiries, and won work, tracked as separate stages.
Visibility isn't an inquiry, and an inquiry isn't revenue. Those layers get reported separately, and nobody here guarantees rankings, leads, AI citations, closings, or a fixed timeline.
“Emily combines smart strategy with practical execution. She makes complex ideas feel clear and manageable. Focused on long-term growth, not quick fixes.”
This review describes the working experience. It isn't a promise that every Foundation produces a particular ranking, lead count, or revenue result.
Results and project snapshots Case studiesVisibility + Authority Foundation questions
What is the difference between the Visibility Audit and the Foundation?
The audit is the diagnosis. It reviews your Google profile, website structure, local SEO alignment, reviews, content signals, and, if you choose the expanded version, your AI search footprint. The Foundation is the fix: the agreed priorities are corrected and connected over six months.
How much does the Visibility + Authority Foundation cost?
The Visibility + Authority Foundation starts at $1,900 a month and runs as a six-month plan. The $125 or $200 Visibility Audit credits toward it. Final scope depends on the gaps the audit confirms, the platforms involved, and your current assets, and you get the scope and price in writing before work begins.
Do I need a new website?
Not automatically. If your current site can support clear service pages, market relevance, internal links, proof, calls to action, and measurement, improving it is usually the sensible choice. If the platform or structure blocks the work, a separately scoped website project may make more sense.
What access will I need to provide?
It depends on the approved scope. Usually manager access to your Google Business Profile, editor access to your website, and access to analytics, Search Console, and your CRM or email tools. Accounts stay in your name whenever the platform allows it.
Will this make me show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI results?
It improves the clarity, consistency, structure, and evidence those tools use to understand a business. Nobody controls or can guarantee whether an AI platform will name you in a specific answer, so any AI result is documented with the exact prompt, platform, date, and cited page.
When should I expect results?
The six months cover diagnosis, implementation, and measurement. Some profile and indexing changes show up earlier. Authority and search visibility usually take longer and depend on your market, competition, website, proof, and how quickly approvals come back.
What happens after six months?
You get a clear record of what was completed, what early indicators moved, what still needs time, and what should happen next. That might be maintenance, a focused project, a content phase, or ongoing fractional marketing support.
Do you work outside Raleigh?
Yes. Raleigh, the Triangle, and Lake Norman are home base, and the Foundation is delivered remotely anywhere the market facts, access, and proof can be established responsibly.
Which part of your visibility actually needs fixing?
Start with the Visibility Audit. You get a prioritized, plain-English diagnosis and a straight recommendation: fix it yourself, use a focused project, or move into the Foundation when the whole system needs repair.
