These terms govern your use of conciergeforrealtors.com and your purchase of services and digital products from Real Estate Concierge Services Co, LLC ("RECSC," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Services
RECSC provides marketing services for real estate and mortgage professionals, including audits, SEO and visibility work, websites, content, CRM and follow-up systems, AI implementation, and fractional marketing support. For custom and monthly services, final scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. A checkout payment for a higher-touch service may act as a deposit or first-month payment, as described on the relevant product page.
Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Fixed-price services are billed at checkout or by invoice. Monthly services recur until canceled per the agreed scope. Where a payment plan is offered, its schedule is stated on the product page or invoice. Work does not begin until payment terms and required access are confirmed.
Client Responsibilities
Delivering marketing work requires your participation: timely access to platforms (such as your website, Google Business Profile, CRM, and email tools), feedback, approvals, and accurate business information. Delays in providing access or approvals may extend timelines.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
We build systems designed to improve visibility, trust, and conversion, and we work from data and established best practices. However, search engines, AI platforms, and advertising channels are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and testimonials describe real client experiences and are not promises of identical results.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your business (content, pages, campaigns, and systems configured for you). RECSC retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, and processes, and may use generalized, non-confidential learnings in its work. Digital products (guides, playbooks, templates) are licensed for your individual business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information, logins, and data as confidential and use them only to deliver the work. We may describe work in anonymized form (or with your permission, as a named case study) for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECSC's total liability for any claim arising from the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms.
Termination
Monthly engagements may be ended per the notice terms in your confirmed scope. We may decline or discontinue work that involves unlawful activity, misrepresentation, or abusive conduct, with any unused prepaid amounts handled per the Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Wake County, North Carolina.
