I pre-build your foundation
You fill out a short intake and send me a few things you've written plus three quick voice memos. Before Session 1, I build your Brand Voice file and Business Brain, so day one is spent building, not setting up.
Install the brain
We load your voice file and Business Brain into your account, test them live, and fix anything that doesn't sound like you.
The follow-up engine
New-lead replies, nurture messages, past-client touches and review requests that follow Google's rules.
Listings and visibility
Listing launch packages, social posts, Google Business Profile posts, and answers to the questions buyers ask AI about your market.
Your daily rhythm
A Monday morning brief, a Friday outreach list and CRM notes. Then you run your system live for the group.

Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can use email and upload a file, you can do this. I build alongside you on screen, and you never have to write code.
What exactly is an AI Operating System?
An AI Operating System is a set of AI tools trained on your business: your voice, your market, your clients and the way you work. Instead of starting from a blank chat every time, you ask for a follow-up, a listing package or a weekly recap, and it already knows what good looks like for you.
How is this different from an AI course?
A course teaches you how AI works and leaves the building to you. In the Build Lab, the building happens live, in the session, on your own account. You leave with a working system, not notes.
Why Claude and not ChatGPT?
Claude is what my own system runs on, and using one platform is how we finish in four sessions. Everything we build lives in your account, and you keep it.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded, and support covers you. The guarantee does require all four live sessions, because that is where the building happens.
How much time does it take outside the sessions?
About an hour of pre-work before we start, and about 15 minutes after each session to test what we built.
What happens after 30 days?
You keep everything. If you want me to keep improving your system or run your visibility for you, we can talk about it then. There is no auto-renewal and no pressure.
