Done-For-You Review Generation

Google review generation for Realtors, loan officers, and builders, built and run so the asking actually happens.

You already know you should be asking. You have known for two years. The problem was never willingness, it was that nothing in your process made it happen. This builds the thing that makes it happen.

What This Is

A done-for-you Google review system. I set up your review link, write your ask sequence for text and email, build the request and the reminder into your CRM or closing workflow so it fires automatically, write your response templates, and hand you a 90-day plan. Setup is $450 one time. Add ongoing management for $350 a month and I run the cadence and write the responses too. You keep everything, including if you leave.

The entire method is published for free. Timing, scripts, how to find your review link, how many reviews you actually need, and what gets reviews removed: how to get more Google reviews as a Realtor. Nothing is held back and nothing is gated. If you will run it yourself, run it yourself and keep your money. This page is for the people who have read that guide, agreed with all of it, and still have nine reviews.

Deliverables

What you actually get

Not advice. Built assets that exist in your accounts when this is done.

Investment

Two ways to buy it

Build it once and run it yourself, or hand the whole thing over. Both are month to month where monthly applies. No contracts.

Already on a retainer? Review generation is included in the Authority & Content and Visibility & Systems levels of the Fractional Marketing Partner, so do not buy it twice. Full pricing across every service is on the pricing page. If you would rather diagnose before you commit, the Google Visibility Audit is $125 and credits toward any package of $500 or more, including this one.

Process

How the build runs

Seven to ten business days from kickoff to a system that is live in your accounts.

Straight Talk

When this is worth it, and when it isn't

Proof

I would be a hypocrite selling this without my own.

Eleven five-star Google reviews, published in plain text on the reviews page rather than buried in a widget Google cannot read. Here is one that happens to be about this exact work.

Ken Jansen · Realtor

"I hired Emily for an in-depth review of my Google Business Profile with an emphasis on AI visibility. I expected a couple of things and received 6 or 7 concrete ideas on how to improve. An excellent return on my investment. Emily speaks Geek if you want, and she's talented at translating the technical into plain English."

More at case studies and results. Fair warning on both: review counts move in weeks, local ranking moves in months, and anyone showing you a screenshot of page one in ten days is showing you a branded search.

Questions before you book

What does Google review generation cost?

Setup is $450 one time and includes the link, the ask sequences, the CRM automation, the response templates, a profile check, and a 90-day plan. Ongoing management is $350 a month after setup, month to month, and covers running the cadence, writing every response, and monthly reporting. Review generation is already included if you are on an Authority & Content or Visibility & Systems partnership, so do not buy it separately.

How long does the build take?

Seven to ten business days from the day I get access to your Google Business Profile and your CRM. The pacing depends almost entirely on how fast you turn around the voice call and approve the sequences.

Do you write the review responses, or do I?

Setup gives you response templates for five-star, middling, and critical reviews so you are never drafting one from scratch. Managed means I write and post every response myself, including the hard ones, which is the part most people quietly want handled.

Can you guarantee a number of reviews?

No, and anyone who does is either buying them or lying. What I can tell you is the math: if you close two deals a month, ask every time, and half follow through, that is roughly twelve reviews a year. The system removes the reasons the ask does not happen. Your closing volume sets the ceiling.

Do you buy or generate fake reviews?

No. Never have, never will, and it would get your profile penalized. Every review this system produces comes from a real client you actually served, asked at a real moment, in their own words. If that is what you are shopping for, we are not a fit.

What if I already have bad reviews?

Then volume is your fastest fix. Two critical reviews out of six is a pattern. Two out of forty is a Tuesday. We also write the response to the existing ones, because a calm, professional reply to a hard review does more for a reader than the review itself does against you.

Do I own the system if I stop working with you?

Yes, all of it. The link, the sequences, the automation, and the templates live in your accounts under your login. Nothing is hosted on my side and nothing turns off when you leave. That is true of everything I build.

Does this work for loan officers and mortgage brokers?

Yes, and the sequences are different. Yours are built around funding and clear-to-close rather than closing day, and you get an additional ask written for Realtor partners, because a review from an agent you closed with is referral proof that borrower reviews cannot replace. More at mortgage marketing and loan officer marketing services.

Can I just do this myself?

Yes, and I published the entire method free so you can: how to get more Google reviews as a Realtor. Timing, scripts, the review link, benchmarks, all of it. If you will build it, build it. People buy this because knowing what to do and having it built into their week are different problems.

What happens if Google removes a review?

Managed includes triage: I look at why it tripped the filter and file a reinstatement request where there is a case. Success varies and nobody controls it. Prevention matters more, which is why the system paces requests naturally instead of blasting your database at once.

Stop meaning to ask

The reviews are already earned. Let's go collect them.

Fifteen minutes to look at your profile, your closing volume, and who is outranking you locally. You will leave knowing whether this is worth $450 to you, and I will tell you if it is not.
