I expected a couple things, but I received 6-7 concrete good ideas on how to improve. She did an excellent job. This is what you are doing now / have been doing in the past. This [Insert well thought out idea here] is what you do next. She gave me the ideas as part of the audit, I am just choosing not to share them publicly.
