Social media marketing for Realtors that keeps your sphere from forgetting you.
Posts written in your voice, tied to your listings and your market, and published on a rhythm you will never have to remember. Built into a monthly partnership, not sold as a posting package.

The Short Answer
Oak & Algorithm runs social media marketing for Realtors, teams, loan officers, and builders as part of a monthly fractional marketing partnership. Every tier includes social posts written in your voice: 6 a month at $1,900 that you post yourself, 8 published for you at $2,500, or 10 published for you at $4,000, all connected to your listings, your Google profile, and your website.
Posting is not a strategy. Showing up on purpose is.
Random posts when you remember, three weeks of silence, then a panic dump of every listing at once. That isn't social media marketing. That's a hobby with a guilt problem.
Here's what social actually does for an agent. It keeps you top of mind with the people who already know you: past clients, your sphere, the lender who sends you buyers. It's the same job a pop-by or a holiday card does, just every week instead of once a year. When one of those people gets asked "who's your agent?", social is why your name comes out first.
What does social media marketing for Realtors include?
Six pieces. Posting is only one of them.
Social media marketing for Realtors with Oak & Algorithm includes a monthly content plan, posts written in your voice, publishing on the platforms your clients use, listing rollouts, repurposing across platforms, and a monthly read on what worked. Every post has a job: keep you remembered, prove you know your market, or start a conversation.
A plan tied to what you sell
Your market, your price points, your listings, and the story behind why people hire you. The calendar mixes market updates, neighborhood knowledge, listing content, and personal posts in a rhythm, so your feed reads like a working agent, not a quote account.
Posts written in your voice
I write the way you talk. Captions, hooks, and short video scripts come from your real phrases and your real opinions, captured once and used every month. A feed that sounds like a brand bot gets scrolled past. One that sounds like you gets a "saw your post" at the grocery store.
Listing rollouts, not one lonely post
Coming soon, just listed, open house, price story, under contract, and just sold, each with its own angle. A single listing gives you a week of content when it's planned. That work connects to listing marketing services.
One idea, every platform
One market update becomes a Facebook post for your sphere, an Instagram carousel people save, a LinkedIn post for referral partners, and a short video script. The effort multiplies instead of starting over. The long-form side of that lives in content marketing for Realtors.
Publishing handled, if you want it
At Authority & Content and above, I publish for you. At Growth Strategy, posts arrive written and ready to paste, or add publishing for $500 a month.
A monthly read on what worked
What got saved, shared, commented on, and clicked, and what changes next month because of it. Likes are nice. Messages and profile visits are the numbers that matter.
What can social media do for a Realtor, and what can't it?
It keeps you remembered. It rarely gets you found by strangers.
Social media makes you the agent your sphere remembers, while Google and AI search are what put you in front of strangers who have never heard your name. Agents get disappointed with social when they expect it to do the second job.
| Social media is good at | Social media is bad at |
|---|---|
| Keeping past clients and your sphere thinking of you | Getting found by a buyer searching "best agent in Cary" |
| Making you look established when someone checks you out | Closing a deal on its own |
| Proving you know a neighborhood, week after week | Surviving the months you get too busy to post |
| Giving referral partners a reason to send people your way | Standing out when it's built on the same templates as everyone else |
Here's my own proof. Every Oak & Algorithm client so far found me through AI search, social media, or Google, in that order. Social is the middle one, and it works because the other two are there to back it up. Someone sees a post, searches my name, and finds a Google profile and a website that answer their questions.
If your Google presence is thin, social sends people looking and they find nothing. Fix that first with the $125 Google Visibility Audit, or read how Realtors get found in AI search.
How much does social media marketing for Realtors cost?
Inside a partnership, from $1,900 a month.
Social media marketing with Oak & Algorithm comes inside a monthly fractional partnership: $1,900, $2,500, or $4,000 a month, each with a three-month start, then month to month with 30 days notice. I don't sell posting by itself, because posts with no strategy, no Google presence, and no follow-up behind them are how agents end up paying for a pretty feed that never brings in a client.
Growth Strategy
$1,900/mo
6 posts a month, written for you
- Monthly strategy and content plan
- 6 posts written in your voice, ready to paste
- Google profile and website recommendations
- Add $500 a month and I publish them
Authority & Content
$2,500/mo
8 posts a month, published for you
- Everything in Growth Strategy
- 8 posts written and published for you
- Google Business Profile posting
- Local SEO direction and a monthly report
Visibility & Systems
$4,000/mo
10 posts a month, published for you
- Everything in Authority & Content
- 10 posts written and published for you
- CRM and email nurture, listing systems
- AI search visibility across the board
Growth Strategy plus publishing is $2,400 for 6 posts. Authority & Content is $2,500 for 8 posts plus Google profile posting and reporting. If you want it published for you, the upgrade is the better deal, and I'll tell you that on the call.
Every price is on the pricing page.
Which social media platforms should a Realtor be on?
The ones your clients use. Usually two, not five.
A Realtor should be on the one or two platforms where their sphere and their buyers actually spend time, posting consistently, before adding anything else. Five half-dead accounts look worse than one active one.
Where your sphere lives, especially past clients over 35. The best platform for staying remembered by people who already know you.
Local lifestyle, neighborhoods, and listings people save for later. Carousels and short video do the heavy lifting.
Relocation, corporate transferees, lenders, and referral partners. Underused by agents, which makes it easier to stand out.
TikTok and YouTube
Reach beyond your sphere, and video that keeps working. Public videos with transcripts can also show up in Google and its AI answers, which I covered in the September 2026 AI search update.
How does it work?
Four steps. You spend about an hour up front.
Capture your voice
One conversation and a few things you've already written. I pull out how you sound, what you say, and what you'd never say.
Build the monthly plan
Market updates, neighborhood knowledge, listings, and personal posts, mapped across the platforms that fit your clients.
Write and publish
You approve the month in one pass. Posts go out on schedule, whether you're at a closing or on vacation.
Read and adjust
Each month I look at what got saved, shared, and messaged about, then do more of that.
Social media marketing for Realtors: questions
How much does social media marketing cost for a Realtor?
Social media marketing for a Realtor with Oak & Algorithm comes inside a monthly partnership at $1,900, $2,500, or $4,000 a month. Growth Strategy includes 6 posts a month you publish yourself, Authority & Content includes 8 published for you, and Visibility & Systems includes 10 published for you.
Do you offer social media management by itself?
No, social media is part of a monthly partnership, not a standalone posting package. Posts with no strategy, no Google presence, and no follow-up behind them rarely bring in clients, so social is always connected to the rest of your marketing.
Do I have to be on camera?
No, you don't have to be on camera. Strong agent content can run on listings, neighborhood photos, carousels, and written posts. If you want to do video, I write the scripts and keep them short.
How is this different from hiring a social media manager?
A social media manager usually posts what you hand them, while this starts with strategy and ties every post to your listings, your market, and your Google presence. I'm a fractional marketing partner, so social is one piece of a connected system, not the whole job.
Which platforms should a Realtor post on?
A Realtor should post on the one or two platforms where their clients actually spend time, usually Facebook for their sphere and Instagram for local lifestyle, with LinkedIn for referral partners and relocation. Consistency on two beats silence on five.
Will social media actually bring me clients?
Social media rarely closes a deal by itself, but it keeps you remembered so you're the name people give when someone asks for an agent. It works best when your Google profile and website are strong enough to back up what people see.
Do I approve the posts before they go out?
Yes, you approve each month's posts in one pass before anything is published. After the first month or two, most agents just skim.
Do you work with agents outside Raleigh?
Yes, social media work is done remotely for agents, teams, loan officers, and builders anywhere in the country. Raleigh, the Triangle, and Lake Norman are home base.
Social works better connected
What people find after they see your post decides whether they call.
- Content marketing for RealtorsThe long-form content that fuels a month of social in your voice.
- Listing marketing servicesA full rollout for every listing, across every platform.
- Google Business Profile optimizationWhere people go after they see your post and search your name.
- Local SEO for RealtorsHow strangers find you, which social can't do alone.
- CRM and follow-up systemsSo the people who message you after a post actually get a reply.
Next Step
Stay remembered without remembering to post.
Book a strategy call and I'll show you what a month of posts would look like for your market, in your voice.
