What makes a Realtor authority website different from a template site? It's built around your brand, with tools no other agent site has.
The last website you'll ever need. A fully custom site, optimized for SEO and AEO, so you show up on Google and inside the AI answers buyers are already reading. Not a template. Not a theme. Yours. Period.
A Realtor Authority Website is a fully custom site owned entirely by the agent, not a template with a new headshot. It is built for SEO and AEO, meaning it is structured to rank on Google and to be quoted by AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. RECSC builds the design, SEO and AEO architecture, lead capture, and proprietary tools like school rating search and a community landmarks finder. Management runs $125 a month after launch. IDX/MLS listing feeds are not included in the build. You register and pay for IDX directly, and I assist with the integration once your account is active.
Two are live right now. Links below, so you can judge it yourself instead of taking my word for it.
Why don't most agent websites generate any leads?
Most agent sites are just expensive uniforms.
You're paying for a template that looks exactly like every other agent's template. Same layout. Same features. Different headshot. That is not a brand. That's a placeholder.
And the worst part is where it sends people. A template site hands your buyer to Zillow, where they become somebody else's lead. You paid monthly for that.
Is this actually different from the website I already have?
Short version: a template site looks like every other agent's, sends your buyer to Zillow, and leaves you controlling almost nothing. An authority site is built around your brand only, keeps the buyer on your site, is structured to rank, and is yours permanently.
That comparison deserves more room than this page can give it, so it has its own: Realtor website vs. authority website, feature by feature, including how to tell which one you currently have. The rest of this page covers what gets built, what it costs, and what it looks like running.
Which tools come with it that other agent sites can't copy?
Every Authority Website ships with features your competitors can't copy, because they're built around your brand, your market, and your lead strategy.
School Rating Search
Buyers filter neighborhoods by school quality, district, grade level, and type. For family buyers, this is wildly valuable.
House Direction Finder
Enter any address and instantly see the compass orientation of the home. Helpful for feng shui, natural light, and solar planning.
Community Landmarks Finder
Buyers can instantly see nearby parks, hospitals, grocery stores, transit, and worship centers, and more.

IDX/MLS listing integration is not included in the Realtor Authority Website build. IDX is the feed that pulls live MLS listings onto a website, and it is licensed separately through your MLS or a third party IDX provider.
You register and pay for IDX directly, so the feed stays in your name and under your license. Once your IDX account is active, I handle the technical integration so listings display correctly on your site.
How does the build actually happen?
Discovery & Strategy
We deep dive into your brand, market, ideal client, goals, and offer so the site is built around actual positioning.
Custom Design & Build
Every page, color, section, and feature is intentional. This is not a template wearing a nicer blazer.
Content, SEO & Tools
We build the content, activate the tools, structure the SEO, test the forms, and make the site work across devices.
Launch & Management
We handle launch, then keep the site fresh with updates, content, technical care, and lead-focused improvements.

IDX/MLS listing integration is not included in the build price or the monthly management. IDX access is licensed and paid for by you directly through your MLS or IDX provider, which keeps the feed in your name and under your license.
After your IDX account is registered and active, I assist with integrating it into your site.
Can I see a Realtor authority website that's actually running?
Want receipts? Here are two live Realtor Authority Website examples, so you can see the difference between "I have a website" and "my website actually works for my business."

What happens after the site launches?
Launch is the start, not the finish. Monthly management at $125 keeps the SEO blog and neighborhood guides current, monitors the AI Chat Concierge, updates listings, and handles technical maintenance. A site that launches and then sits still stops earning. If you would rather run it yourself you can, and you still own everything either way.
How is the build scoped and quoted?
Discovery comes first, because the quote depends on your brand, your market, how many neighborhood and service area pages you need, and which tools you actually want. You get a flat number in writing before anything starts. No hourly surprises and no change-order games.
How much does a Realtor authority website cost?
The build is a custom quote, because every agent's brand, market, and feature needs are different. Ongoing full management is $125 a month, which covers SEO blog and content updates, neighborhood guide updates, AI chatbot monitoring, listing updates, performance monitoring, and technical maintenance.
Is IDX included? Can my site show live MLS listings?
IDX is not included in the build or in the monthly management. IDX is what pulls live MLS listings onto a website, and access is licensed through your MLS or a third party IDX provider. You register and pay for IDX directly, which keeps the feed in your name and under your license. Once your IDX account is active, I assist with the technical integration so listings display correctly on your site.
Do I own the website?
Yes. One hundred percent, always. That is the core difference from a template platform, where you rent your presence and lose it the month you stop paying.
Can I see a live example before I decide?
Yes, two of them. Keia Evans and Stacy Wilson Slone both have Realtor Authority Websites running right now, and both are linked from this page, with a screenshot of Stacy's homepage above. Click through them and see the tools working rather than reading a description of them.
What tools do I get that other agents don't have?
Three proprietary ones: a school rating search that lets buyers filter neighborhoods by school quality, district, grade level, and type; a house direction finder that shows the compass orientation of any address; and a community landmarks finder that surfaces nearby parks, hospitals, grocery stores, transit, and worship centers. Plus an AI Chat Concierge and AI Listing Writer.
Will it actually rank on Google?
It's built to. SEO architecture, metadata, internal linking, Search Console setup, neighborhood guide pages, and an SEO blog are all part of the build. The same structure is what makes AEO work, so your pages can be pulled into AI answers instead of your competitor's. Ranking still takes content and time after launch, which is what the monthly management is for. A site that launches and then sits still does not rank.
Do I need the monthly management?
It's not required, but a site that never gets updated slowly stops earning its keep. Google rewards pages that stay current, and the AI Chat Concierge, listings, and neighborhood guides all need someone watching them. Most agents keep it for that reason.
How long does the build take?
It depends on scope and on how quickly content, photos, and approvals come back from you. Discovery and strategy come first, then design and build, then content, SEO, and tools, then launch. The realistic bottleneck is usually approvals, not development.
Do you only build websites for agents in North Carolina?
No. Raleigh, the Triangle, and the Lake Norman and Mooresville area are home base, and website builds are fully remote. Agents, teams, and brokerages anywhere in the United States work the same way.
Let's Build Something That's Actually Yours
Every agent's site is different because every agent's brand is different. Let's talk about what an Authority Website built for your market, your voice, and your goals actually looks like.
