The Visibility + Authority Foundation · Realtors, Lenders & Builders
Six Months From Marketing Activity to Meaningful Authority
A connected visibility system is not built in a week, and authority is not created by posting more often. The first 90 days establish the strategy, the Google Business Profile and local search foundation, and the content infrastructure. Months four through six give that work the consistency and the time it needs to become visible in Google, readable by AI search tools, and trusted by the people who are already looking for you.

Strategy and execution from the same person, not a handoff to a junior.
Visibility comes first. Recognition, conversations, and qualified opportunities follow through consistency.
The Six-Month Roadmap
Months 1–3 build the system. Months 4–6 give the system time to produce momentum.
The 90-Day Foundation Is Complete
At 90 days, the system is ready. It is not finished working.
What This Has Actually Produced
Two dated measurements, published with their limits attached.
Nobody should commit six months to a promise. These are the numbers on record, along with what they do not prove.
544
Google Search impressions for a brand-new Realtor website in its first four weeks, from a site that had never had search visibility. Thirteen organic clicks, ten pages earning impressions.
57,767
Google Search impressions for Oak & Algorithm’s own site across ninety days, up 228 percent over the prior period, on a business under a year old.
2,140
Impressions inside Google’s AI features in that same window, growing from near zero in late June to 180 to 240 a week by September.
0.26%
The average click-through rate behind those impressions. Google shows the site for the category terms and does not yet rank it high enough to get clicked. That gap is the work, and it is printed here on purpose.
These are visibility and click signals. They are not leads, listings, closings, or revenue, and they will not be presented as any of those. See the full case studies, with dates, sources, and limitations.
How Progress Accumulates
Progress is rarely linear. It compounds.

Marketing rarely looks dramatic while the foundation is being built. Its value becomes more visible as the pieces begin reinforcing one another.
One useful article can be found once. A connected library of useful content can continue building recognition, trust, traffic, and conversations over time.

Before You Commit
This is not the right project for everyone.
A good fit
- You are genuinely good at the job and quiet online.
- You have a business worth being found for, and referrals that arrive because of your work rather than your marketing.
- You can answer questions about your market, your clients, and your process when asked.
- You want one person who owns strategy and execution instead of three vendors who never speak.
- You can live with month two looking like nothing is happening.
Not a good fit
- You need closings this quarter. Search visibility is slower than that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
- You want posts published and nothing else. That is a content service and it costs less.
- You cannot approve work within a few days. Approvals are the bottleneck that stalls this kind of project.
- You are planning to change brokerages, names, or markets in the next few months. Build the foundation after the dust settles, not during.
- You want a guarantee on rankings or leads. Nobody can honestly give you one.
What Six Months Can Build
Six months creates enough time to diagnose the real problem, repair the foundation, establish a connected marketing system, publish consistently, learn from audience response, and strengthen what is working.
It does not guarantee a specific number of leads, listings, loans, or closings. It does create a more visible, credible, measurable, and sustainable marketing presence, built to support business development beyond a single campaign.
Easier To Find
A clearer and more consistent presence across the places prospects search.
Easier To Trust
A growing body of content and proof that demonstrates expertise and relevance.
Easier To Contact
Stronger calls to action and clearer pathways from attention to conversation.
Questions Before You Start
The things people ask before signing a six-month project.
Why six months instead of three?
Because three months builds the system and never gets to run it. The first ninety days are diagnosis, repair, and construction: the audit, the Google Business Profile, the site fixes, the content pipeline. That work is finished at day ninety and the market has not experienced any of it yet. Months four through six are when the publishing happens, when search engines and AI tools see repeated consistent signals, and when the data arrives that tells us what to double down on. Stopping at three months means paying for the build and skipping the part where it works.
What does the $1,900 a month actually cover?
Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing management, local SEO, AI search visibility work, website and content improvements, a publishing cadence you do not have to maintain, and measurement you can inspect. Strategy and execution both, from one person. It does not cover a full website build from scratch, paid ad spend, or a CRM migration; those are quoted separately when they are needed.
How soon will I see something?
Something, fast. Results, slower. Profile and website changes are visible within the first few weeks. Search impressions typically start moving in months three to four. Clicks lag impressions, and conversations lag clicks. The compounding chart on this page is the honest shape of it: quiet, quiet, quiet, then noticeably less quiet.
Do you work with loan officers and builders, or only Realtors?
All three. The AI search lane for lenders is still wide open, and builders have the same findability problem with a longer sales cycle attached. The roadmap is identical. The keywords, the content, and the profile categories are not.
What happens at month six?
You get the recommended plan for what comes next and you decide. Some clients move to a monthly partnership, some take the system and run it themselves, and some stop. The assets built during the six months belong to you either way. What does not survive is the consistency, which is the part that was doing the work.
Can you guarantee rankings, leads, or closings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Performance depends on starting visibility, market competition, your participation, your approvals, and how consistently the work continues. What is guaranteed is the work itself, the measurement behind it, and a straight answer about what the numbers do and do not show.
Who actually does the work?
Emily Wyatt. Not a junior, not an offshore content mill, not a template. That is the reason the client list is deliberately small.
Build the Foundation. Give It Time to Work.
If you are good at the job and invisible online, the next step is finding out what Google and AI search currently show about you. The audit answers that before anyone signs anything.
Marketing performance varies based on starting visibility, market conditions, audience, competition, available assets, client participation, and consistency. Oak & Algorithm, LLC, formerly Real Estate Concierge Services Co, LLC, does not guarantee specific leads, revenue, rankings, or closings.
